This was the first roast added to farm to cup line and comes from Papua new guinea. This single origin brew has a roasting style that is classic to a medium/dark bean. Its rich, full body and mouth. It offers notes of lemon grass and almond. We love to use this roast for cold brew during the spring and summer. The konkua okipa coffee cooperative was founded in just 2013 and has 137 smallholder producer members, who together represent just 313 hectares of coffee farmland.
